My aim is to assist you to work through your issues in a safe and confidential environment and to lead you towards a sense of inner balance and peace of mind.

The session usually lasts 50-55 minutes and there is no minimum or maximum number of sessions.
I work with individuals, including adults and adolescents and am based in the Dublin 15 area.
Counselling in person is always carried out in accordance with current public health guidelines. Sessions are also available via video-call and telephone for those who wish to use those mediums instead.
